I used a laptop to set up registration, but all my music is on my desktop, so when i tried to sync music it wouldn't work i tried movies and it said it was not the main computer, i then tried authorising the computer and it said this was computer 2 out of 5 that has been authorised but i still can't drag my music onto the iphone.

you cant drag music onto an iphone like you can an ipod. you have to make a playlist put all the music you want on it then sync that playlist.
hope that helps

You have to edit the playlist you made on your computer and it will update when you sync your iPhone.

Hi, new to this site and desperate for help. Did you ever get your new computer to work with your iphone? Our computer died, and now my iphone won't let me transfer music over, my playlists all show up in gray, instead of black. Please help if you found a solution. I'm so aggravated either the computer or the iphone may be going through the window soon! Thanks
