Hi Photoshop users

I just got done with my first week in college and I wanna get into school spirit by changing the color of this picture I have to school colors.. I am a total NOOB with Photoshop so I came here for help I hope this is possible because I think it will come out amazing.. heres the picture :
I was hoping to change it to shades Orange and Brown (see below)
Orange: 243, 110, 33
Brown: 81, 49, 39
Those are the RGB of the orange and Brown that my school uses.. So I wanna make it with those colors as well as different shades of them.
Is this possible?
