In a van down by the river
I would like to have a monthly (or year to date) training log that will allow me to track the following stats. I am not good at creating this kind of spreadsheet and am hoping one of my fellow members has the time to assist me with this request. I am willing to pay for one's time to create the running log spreadsheet.

1) Date
2) Time ( Length of run)
3) Distance (Miles)
4) Pace (Time / Mile)
5) Average Heart Rate during the run
6) Weather
7) Type of Run
8) Nutrition
9) Shoe Brand - I would like to be able to track the total mileage of any shoe over the month
10) Weight
11) Run Results Notes

I don't know if it is possible but, I would like a AVG HR chart to the right of the Pace chart, as seen in the revised running log I have attached. The Distance and Pace charts were already part of the spreadsheet and graph the ongoing monthly stats. I would like to see such for the AVG HR as well. If possible I need all these stats to be on a one page spreadsheet.

If you would like to earn a few dollars and have the time to help me with this request, pm me.

* The attached file is the default running log from Numbers that I have revised a little, to give one an idea of what I am looking to achieve.

Here is a new version with a column for BP. It only takes a single value, not the usual xxx/yy notation. That would need something more elaborate.

I made a video screen cap of my session showing exactly what I did to add the chart. Just follow the example and you'll be building your own lovely charts in no time at all. View it here on YouTube

I figured out the BP graph for both values.
