Ok, so I found this phone in a drawer a couple weeks ago and I left it charging overnight. When I checked it in the morning, it had the apple logo and it looked like it was powering on. But then it would power off and then back on with the apple logo again. So it looks like it's stuck in this loop.

So I put it in DFU mode and iTunes (12.9.5.5) opened up. I chose the restore option, waited for the software to download and finished the process.

But it's still stuck on this loop. What's wrong with it? Can it be fixed?

Also, the apple logo that pops up isn't that bright. It's a little dim.

Any idea of the battery condition? That would be the first place I'd start.
