need help with iPhone text message

i have the newest update (3.0.1) and i still can't send/receive pictures through text

Wait until MMS is officially supported by AT&T????

Updating to 3.0.1 has nothing to do with enabling MMS.

well that would make sense, i saw my cousin's iphone in canada and it had the picture text option available already, but he's with fido/rogers

damn - when are we gonna get it!?
same with 3G network, my area (north west florida) still has "edge" which is awfully slow ... damn it, want 3g!

What makes me tear up is that my old ****** RAZR could send, receive, and take video.

My iPhone can't. I have GPS, 3G, and a load of apps to do godlike actions yet, i cannot take a video.

yea i was wondering what "late summer" meant, but i guess that's just another way of saying "we have no clue, we'll tell you when it's ready" kinda thing!

yea i know, my palm treo i bought for like 40 bux was able to send/receive picture msgs and videos ... and this amazing iphone is unable to, it's pretty annoying and stupid cause people with blackberries hold that against iphone folks
