Hi guys, this is my first post. I need your help because my Macbook pro 2013 retina is crashing a lot due to kernel panic and I don't know how to read the log. I hope guys you can help me out

I believe your issue is your GPU hardware


Apple had an extended repair program for these GPUs - I doubt it's still active, but yeah they'd often fail.
If it's not permanent, you can turn off your Nvidia GPU and run off only the Intel iGPU which should prevent kernel panics, at the cost of performance but keep you running a while longer
