Need Help With My Notifications on my Jailbroken iPhone 6 plus. (iOS 9.0.2)

Hey!
I've had some problems with my Jailbroken iPhone 6 plus (iOS 9.0.2) reguarding my Notifications. It takes about 10 minutes for it to send me a note that I've got a new message and it wont send me any Snapchat notes either.. It it possible that i've installed a tweak that blocks notifications? Please help!

Curiosity - why do you have Speed Intensifier when in Springtomize 3 you can set custom speed for animations? I used SI before S3 was updated, then deleted SI. But in answer to your question, maybe there's a conflict with CustomLS2. Try disabling that and reboot.
