Need help with remote access

Anybody can help me? Am trying to access my company system from the iPhone and I just can't find the app that can do the job.

On my Mac, I need to install the Windows Remote Desktop and it works fine there but with the iOS I will have this pop up when I'm trying to access the server.

Any idea which app will make my iOS 9 a bale to access it?

Can't quite speak to Microsoft's solution as I haven't tried it with OS X and iOS, but as an alternative have you considered trying VNC?
