Need help with ROMs

So i think i figured out how to add ROM's.

Quick overview:
1. get Open SSH on iphone
2. Get Transmit (mac program)
3. connect the two
4. go into var>media>? Don't remember exactly but not the point of this post
5. create new folder titled ROMs
6. in this new folder create either GBA or NES folder (whichever you need)
7. Put rom files into folder

Do I have this correct?

My main question is which files from the ROM download do I put in the folder. It looks like I get two different files and a folder. I'm away from my mac right now so sorry for the lacking details.

Help Too!

Im doing the same thing too and I copy them and everything and it says they are on my phone, yet I open up NES and it says no roms. An ideas anyone?
