Need help with speaker system for my 1gen itouch

ok so i work overnights. im always on forklifts or other machines and also working loads etc and my headphone wires always get in the way or the buds fall out of my ear. i wanted to get speakers for my itouch so that i can just leave it on the machines when im using them. i didnt think anyone made portable speakers for the itouch until i found the Scosche SoundSCREEN. has anyone used that? it runs off like 6 AA batteries i think and can also be plugged in which is good for when im working on the floor i can just plug it in and let it be. has anyone used this and can attest to the battery life? i dont want to buy it and find out that batteries only last for a few hours. the price of batteries all the time wont be worth it. are there any similar products that are better? any help is appreciated, thanks!

nevermind peeps, i found my answer.

its up to 21 hrs. not great but i think if i use a combo of battery and AC power i should be good.
