Has anyone here used www.iphonethememaker.com? Well, it was an easy way to create my own custom theme since I wanted something different than what was available pre-made. Once I made the theme, that website gave me my new theme and files in a zip file which I have extracted to my computer.

I successfully SSH'ed into my phone using WinSCP, but all of the tutorials I have read say that the files go into the var>root>Library>Themes folder. I dont have a themes folder! In my Library folder, I only have sub-folders of: Address Book, Caches, Cookies, Keyboard, Lockdown and Preferences. None of which have a Themes sub-folder either.

So, can anyone please walk me through how to get my custom theme onto my phone? The iphonethememaker.com website doesnt give any good info on how to do it either and like I said, all tutorials online just show the Themes folder. I do have Winterboard installed.

Thanks for any help!

Install winterboard from Cydia first, then you will have a themes folder. Put your theme in Library>Themes and then go into winterboard and select it.

Well, after a bit more research, I found that I could install my custom themes into the var>stash> folder and it appears to work. I did have Winterboard installed, but for some reason, I still never got the Themes folder under Library.
Also, after more research, I realize I guess that we cannot change application icons? Correct? Which, in essence makes the springboard pretty strange looking to have partially changed icons and partially permanent icons and if anyone is like me, they have some apps on the first page that I use often, so I am a bit disappointed there, but at least I can change my wallpaper which will do for now.

you can change any icon you want manually by going into that applications folder and replacing "icon.png" to whatever icon you want
