Hey guys, I got a reply back from apple after sending them feedback about my 4G not working and they gave me a profile to install and instructions on how to retrieve the logs for it, but they gave me instructions for a mac which I don't own. I'm on windows 10 and I'm curious if anyone knows how to retrieve my logs?

The instructions they game me was:

Install the profile (link)
Enable in cellular settings and repeat what I do to try activate 4G
Save

Connect to my mac and sync with iTunes
Retrieve logs: On your mac, navigate to the finder menu bar and select the library option that appears, then you will find the current logs in the folder located in Logs>crashreporter>Mobiledevice

Now like I said they gave me instructions for a mac and not windows. Any help would be appreciated!

Use this string in Windows Explorer to navigate to the same place in Windows 10:

%userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice

(If you're not familiar with it, "%userprofile% is a Windows environment variable that will automatically insert your user directory's path.)

Interestingly, I have over 1 GB of crash logs. Guess I've been doing too many betas!

Does anyone know if there's any reason to keep these logs?

Thank you! I found the logs, but now my next question; how do I send them to apple? They didn't give me instructions how to send it to them, only how to find them.
