Apple Music need help with this issue with Apple Music

can someone help me figure out why syncing work when my MacBook is in safe mode and but in normal boot mode
the only programs I have running, which are currently disabled are my VPN (private internet access, and adguard)

I have no other internet traffic apps running or installed.

I have no other idea what else could cause it to not sync.

It’s a bug, and the fix is to wait until it’s fixed.
