Need help with upgrading

I tried once to upgrade my iPhone and ended up locking it up. Had to send it back to the seller to restore (downgraded to 1.0.2)
Anyone willing to help me upgrade to newest firmware using a mac??

I posted a thread, explaining the upgrade process. Just omit the parts about downgrading.

yeah because then use jailbreakme.com, install oktoprep so that you can upgrade to 1.1.2 and jailbreak it...
