iPhone Need help with widget!!

Im trying to use the Pages weather widget. After I check it in winterboard its not on my HS. When I go between LS and HS I notice it behind the wallpaper. Ive tried everything to fix this and nothing is working. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?? TYIA

In winter board move the widget above the wallpaper in the theming section. Just move it to the top.

Install perpage, it should show up in that application, then turn it on through there not winterboard
