Hi i have bought an older model iphone n when i connect to pc it give the options for a mass storage device, webcam or comport no matter which one i pick itunes will not detect my phone, what can i do to fix this....please help.

Can you take a picture of the iPhone? Sorta sounds like a 'fake' iPhone because it should not show a 'webcam' option.
