iPhone Need info on whether I can update/restore from 6.0.1 to 7.0.4

Hi everyone. Here is where my iPhone 4 is at the moment:
Jailbroken on iOS 6.0.1

Like the title says, I'm hoping somebody can tell me if I can update/restore my phone from 6.0.1 to 7.0.4.

I have the 7.0.4 ipsw downloaded and evasion7, but I noticed today 23/Feb/14 that the latest iOS on iTunes is 7.0.6. Does this mean apple has stopped signing for iOS 7.0.4?????

Apple has stopped signing iOS 7.0.4 and will never sign it again.

But evasi0n has been updated to support 7.0.6. You should update as it patches a nasty SSL security hole.

Yep just make sure you use the latest version of evasi0n (1.0.6 I think) that was released earlier today.
