I need a link to that special "What is new in Mac OS Monterey" page. You know, the one that they nag you about looking at after you degrade your system with a newer OS version.

This is not something that shows up on Google. It has to be the link from that nag thing.

It might be called "Take a tour of Mac OS Monterey" or who knows.

I'm not sure if this is the page New features available with macOS Monterey you're looking for but try this: https://www.apple.com/macos/monterey/features/

Did Apple even do a "What's new in Monterey" notification this time around? It can't be too hard to figure out what this URL is.

Here's the link for Catalina: https://help.apple.com/macos/catalina/whats-new/

For Mojave and High Sierra, the "macOS" is capitalized:
I also found the page for OS X Mavericks. (I miss that interface. Why do they have to keep screwing it up?) https://help.apple.com/osx-mavericks/

I can't find versions other than those. I still need Monterey though.

A Google search of 'site:help.apple.com "monterey"' yields only ~7 pages for some reason (and on Bing (ugh), just 2). I also tried other obvious searches.

I only have it installed on one laptop that I don't use anyway and have no intention of installing it on any other devices for now. Unfortunately I dismissed the notification.
