I currently have an iPhone 5 but will be getting my upgrade in June through my concession line with Verizon

I want to get a new phone but have some requirements. I want an android phone that I am able to put ASOP rom on preferably cyanogenmod 10 and through some work around to get google wallet working on it. I would like an GS4 but I don't think it will be available on my concession line. The ones I'm looking at are the DNA, razr maxx hd, and a gs3. I already had a GS3 and really liked it but missed my iPhone and sold it. I would like to try a different one but may go back because I was easily able to get cyanogenmod and google wallet working on it. The DNA would be my ideal phone but I heard it doesn't have a lot of asop roms. Anybody have insight?

I would love a nexus but need to stick with Verizon unfornately. The only nexus they have is the galaxy nexus which has poor battery life and lots of connectivity problems from what I've heard. The Sony looks nice but I don't think it's on Verizon either

Agreed. Added that 4.2.2 update and Sense 5 is just round the corner (a leak already on YouTube) means at least you now its going to be supported :) (though i realise you want flash cyanogen 10 you said)...

I was saying it more because I'm told the screen is awesome. It was the first 1080p, iirc.

That's what I was thinking. Hopefully I can find a good asop rom and get google wallet working somehow. Verizon pisses me off that they block it
