i am right now partitioning an external HD, and on one partition i want a bootable copy of my hard drive

my question is

do i use 'Mac OS Extended' or 'Mac OS Extended (Journaled)'

im about to do it so quick answers if you can

I don't know what the best option is, but my drives are partitioned as 'Mac OS Extended (Journaled)'.

Either one. Journaling may help reduce problems.
