So I have an iphone 5 running 6.1.2 and its jailbroken. But I do need to get a replacement as its having a couple issues. If I get a phone and its running 6.1.3 or 6.1.4 can i somehow jailbreak it using my old files on my old phone?

Also Im with verizon, can i call verizon for a replacement or do I need to go to apple? too lazy to go to a apple store.

Wait till iOS 7.0 is released and the jailbreak for it. Then return it.
