The new Skype app is terrible. Unfortunately, I am absolutely reliant on it for making and receiving phone calls, as I have neither a mobile phone nor a landline. Have been looking at the alternatives, but it's unclear to me whether I can get a freely accessible 10-digit phone number attached to any of them, and anything that doesn't offer that would be utterly useless to me.
I'm not very good at sussing out stuff like this on my own, so any suggestions would be appreciated.
