can anybody tell me the best registry cleaner software which cannot effect the function of our system?

In my opinion, nobody does it better than CCleaner.

Yes! CCleaner. I used to use that on my PC's. When the OP asked for a registry cleaner, I was like "hmmm what was the name of that cleaner I used to use?"

Haha! Anyways, yes, CCleaner is simply the best.

I'd say not to use a registry cleaner.
The performance boost is non-existent, and you gain nothing but risk a registry corruption.
