MP 1,1-5,1 Need some directions installing amd raedon rx 460 into my 5,1 Need My machine Up and Running as soon as Possible

Greetings all, well my mac seems to have died, while running, the screen just went blank, I did a hard shut down since it basically froze, could not use my mouse, and tried to boot up again, only to get a multi striped screen. I noticed this has happened while I was running parallels, with parallels tools trying to install.

I have a new amd raedon rx 460 card to install, but need some instructions, i was told to search, but I really need help, and need to get my mac up and running again straight away, I am taking classes that uses software on it, and I am going in toward the end of the term, and I need my machine up and running again, so many thanks for nay help on this.

So I have done internet searches, but they are all for different graphics cards, than the one I have.

As stated above, swap out the card and see if it boots.

I do not have the right type of connector to connect from the ports to my monitor, I am waiting on an adapter. The card has displayport, HDMI, and DVI, but my monitor is mini displayport.
