For some reason my computer shuts off when I try to wake it up from sleep mode. I end up having to power it back up and when OSX loads it says, "OSX has quit unexpectedly." This happens almost every time and it's a brand new computer. I've done the disk drive repair and run the apple hardware test and everything checks out. The only thing I can think of was because I've downloaded Limwire/frostwire. But I've removed the apps and it's still acting up. I'm not sure because I'm new to the whole mac thing but it seems like macs don't like Limwire/frostwire types of downloads.

So what do I do? Return the computer and get a new one? It's only a week old. Also, can you return an apple computer to any apple store or apple retailer? I bought the computer in Tampa and I'm like 6 hrs away back in college.
