I posted this elsewhere, but think it needed to go here instead... Is it worth selling my MB 2.16/160/2GB for an upgrade to an MBP 2.4/160/2GB ? Trying to figure out whether the speed difference and graphics improvement would make a huge difference..... any help?

Any feelers on what that MB I own would go for if selling (not ebay) ? 6 mos old..

What kind of use is it going to see?

honestly if you're just browsing such and not using any graphic-heavy programs you shouldn't really notice a difference.

I must say though, my MBP is my best friend.

I agree, the only performance-related reason to switch would be if the onboard graphics of the MB aren't cutting it. The MB will run Leopard beautifully and unless you're doing something that will take advantage of the Nvidia GPU, don't bother; save your money and get an MBP when it's time to upgrade :)

cool. thanks for the replies... figured so. the 10% CPU increase and the graphics processor updates would be nice. but i'll hold off. thanks again
