Need step-by-step guide to Jailbreak & Restore

I know there are tons of sites out there that show us how to jailbreak. What I am looking for is a concise guide on how to jailbreak 1.1.3 and also (more importantly) how to restore it back to factory condition.

Do you just want to restore it to your 1.1.x backup or do you want to erase the data also?

just jailbreak...simple for 1.1.3.

Download ziphone from ziphone.org.
Connect iphone to dock
Run ziphone
Done

restore....

connect to dock
click restore in itunes
Done

OK, so I download the latest version of ZiPhone (2.5) and install.

Is the following correct?

So i can still sync stuff from iTunes, but I do not want to update.
I can always do a restore from iTunes and completely reset and wipe data and the jailbreak off of it?

yes, restore will wipe to factory settings.
