Can someone who already has a new M1 iMac help me.
I'm looking to find the diameter of the connecting plug on the back side.
Planning to mod a old iMac G4 base into a stand to mount a new M1 iMac with vesa stand.
And would be running the cable inside the arm if possible.
That's why I need to know how much room I'll be needing to do so.

Picture does give a rough idea what I'm planning.

Already many thanks beforehand.

I just calculated .6" based on the thickness of the device.

EDIT: You could also mount the PSU into the base, which would help with balancing.
