I recently found that you were able to join (merge, link) together .mp4 files to make one joint file by dragging them one by one into eachother. This process however makes the file an .mov, which itunes reads and accepts as does ipods as I read yet for myself will not play on my ipod (8GB Nano). I read on a few other posts that Quicktime Pro would be able to convert the files yet Im unaware about this and the post I read was dated in '05. The files I do have may play the first part of the video that every other quicktime file was dragged into or not at all. If anyone could possibly help Id greatly appreciate it.

I read that this was true yet I haven't been able to locate QT Pro and am unsure whether or not I have it. I have been on download.com for QT pro and not many results have come up. Is there any other program you may know of that can do the job as well?

QuickTime Pro it costs $29.99 in US. I have just changed the extension to .MP4 on a couple of my .MOV's and it still plays, try that might not work on all though.
