For my website to advertise my freelance design company, I have sample videos of some of my work. I wondering what will be better, a quicktime movie file, a file converted to Flash. The QT files i have now are no more than 5 megs. If flash is the better way to go, what converters are there that I can use? Thanks for your help.

I would recommend using flash for playback on your site, and then .mov files for download if you want.

To encode movies to flash video, use the flash video encoder program which comes with flash mx upwards.

then make a flash file at the correct dimensions and drop in a media playback component from the components window, set the parameters and your good to go!
