My Dad passed away last year but left me his iPhone SE 2. I want to factory reset the phone, but I don't know his passcode and obviously don't have his fingerprint. Is there any way to factory reset it without knowing any of his passwords?

Sorry about your Dad. Apple has a process to gain access to your father's accounts and devices if you don't know the passcode/passwords, etc.
