Need to find a reminder app, please help.

To make a long story short, our puppy had eye surgery today, and we need to give him 3 different eye drops at various times throughout the day, and also give him 2 oral tabs throughout the day.

Is there an app that i can set up all 5 medications or more on a schedule (one every 4 hours, one every 6 hours, one every 12 hours, etc), that will remind me with push notifications?

Calendar? as its a built in app the calendar reminders will show notifications on the app icon even when its not open.

Do you mean the iphones' calendar? If you do, it would really clutter it up with too many reminders when viewing it. Also would take me a while to set each medication to be reminded every 4 to 6 hours every day.

I'm looking for something that i can input:
"Drug A" every 6 hours,
"Drug B" every 8 hours, etc. At different intervals throughout the day.
And the app would remind me with a push notification.

I can input the medications myself, i just need an easy UI that would allow me to input the frequency of those medication as needed.
