Need to fix out of sync audio on MKV files

I have several individual MKV files where the audio is slightly out of sync. I am looking for an app that is very straight forward (click and go) that will allow me to adjust the ms delay and doesn't take too long per 45 min file. Anyone have any hands on suggestions?
