I have a flash drive and I need to format it to a NFTS file system on my Macbook Pro Ventura 13.3 Is it built in or do I have to get a third party app for doing this ?

I've erased the drive but I can't find the file NFTS to format it is it built into our disk utility ? or do I need a third party software ?
I think you're going to have to do the formatting on a PC.

Use ExFAT. macOS can only read NTFS, but it can read & write ExFAT
