Need to install cydia apps on my iPhone through Windows 7, is it possible?

Hi there,

I dont have an internet connection on my phone or wifi access anywhere.. is there an application for windows that has access to the cydia repo and will download, install and sync those apps to my iPhone for me?

I have a iPhone 3G 3.1.2

Its not possible to download anything from any repo or cydia without an internet connection.
Only way is if you have the .deb file saved on your drive and transfer it to your iphone thru SSH.
