Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere.

Say I upgrade to the 3g iPhone and then pass my existing iPhone to my other half as o2 allow. The assume we both want to get the same non-free application. Is there a single-user limit on the apps or are you allowed x number of installs for each app you purchase?

TIA

I think its the same as an iPod is the US. Apps can be put on as many phones as are synched to your computer.
