Recently my MacBook just got repaired (New HDD)
So i lost all my music,what is still on my iPhone 1st Gen.
How would i get the music and apps off my iPhone onto my MacBook?

This is the guy i made the thread about a month ago, im pretty sure you got a new logic board though.

For the apps, in iTunes with your iPhone connected, select your device, right-click (ctrl-click) and 'Transfer purchases'.

For your music, if it's all iTunes purchased then same as above. Otherwise you can use Senuti, iPodRip, Pod to Mac or other similar app.

Basically, this is done through the original wire using iCloud, or using software.
