Need to recover data from an accidentally deleted app...Help..

Today I accidentally deleted a voice record app that I use to record training seminars. My last backup to iTunes was at the end of April and I had about 4 hours of new recordings that I made at the beginning of last month that I hadn't backed up... UGH.

Is there any hope of retrieving this data? I'm running iOS 8.1 and jailbroken with Pangu.

You can copy all your device over ssh using terminal, and then try to recover.

After so many views and so few replies, It's obvious that this is a tough thing to overcome I want to say thanks for the reply. I checked out your link and it seems possible but definitely outside my technical wheelhouse but I really appreciate your reply. I may try to follow the instructions but I might also be out of my depth. Just didn't want to seem unappreciative. I'll post back my results if I take the plunge...
