Need to replace my Pixel 3XL

I am very happy with it but I flipped my kayak and it fell in the river. I was able to get it but now the assistant keeps activating all the time randomly, I had to go into settings and turn it off. My phone is still under warranty but I'm guessing they wouldn't swap it out. My main things are battery life and the camera so I was thinking about the Pixel 3a XL but would consider the 4a but not sure about the smaller screen size, would the camera be as good as the 3 ? I was also looking at the Moto G8 Power but I am open to other suggestions, I don't mind and actually prefer to buy used. I would also consider a used flagship if the camera was as good or better than my 3 XL

Better. The camera will be on par with the 4 and 4XL, just ever so slightly slower taking HDR+ shots due it's slower cpu.

Google has stopped selling the Pixel 3a line already even though there is not yet a replacement. You might find residual stock at some retailers though.

I have seen the 3a XL on swappa as low as 249 and saw a few on offerup even cheaper
