iPad Need video player app that has 15 second skip button

Which mp4 iPad app that has 15-second skip buttons backward and forward? I want to be able to skip 15 seconds forward or 15 seconds backward without playing with the slider. Google chrome and Firefox could do this but only if the video is played online. I want to be able to do this while the video is stored locally offline.

Possibly Infuse or nPlayer? Check out there websites and App Store description or try the free versions.

VLC doesnt have the 15 second skip buttons but it does let you swipe the screen left or right to go 10 seconds back or 30 seconds forward.
