Need Webhost Suggestions

I need to find a good webhost ASAP. What I want is:

Multiple domain and Email support
IMAP for emails
Bloghosting, PHP, Java, and Ecommerce
and most importantly EXCELLENT customer service and reliablity

I used startlogic before, but their customer service is terrible. I tried hostmonster, but i'm having problems getting it to work with my system.

What does anyone else use. This is pretty crucial to me so the sooner the better.

If customer service is the most important thing, and you are not hosting a lot of content (that takes up a lot of space)
Modwest is a great host. Their customer service is unmatched. However they are a bit pricey for what they offer IMO.

Im currently using inMotion Hosting, They have good deals on their hosting packages, however their support doesnt come anywhere near ModWest. It isnt bad, but Modwest was just amazing when it came to support!

If you weren't looking at paying to much i wouldn't pass by Unlimited Net Hosting, They could probably handle anything you need.

I recommend A Small Orange.

Had no problems, and they have a good reputation.
