iPod Need your advice

Hi

I just got a refurbed 4G from Best Buy after a protracted warranty battle ong story short, it's working alright, but never has been able to charge using the wall charger. I thought it was the charger, so I bought a iPower travel charger and that didn't work either. The iPod screen doesn't even register that it is plugged in to a power source.

Does anyone have any experience for or advice about this?

have you taken it to best buy and asked for a different ipod?
