iOS Needs help uninstalling iPhone SDK 3.2 beta and want to go back to 3.2.1

I need help to uninstall the 3.2 beta I try the $ sudo <Xcode>/Library thing but it just says Xcode not found PLZ help I forgot to do the custom install.

I don't want to use the beta anymore right now, I want to just wait for the final dmg I been having issues with this beta as well.

I just reinstalled the old dmg and it did the trick.
