iPhone Nested folders no longer working?

I have an iPhone 5 jailbroken on 7.0.4. I was using HiddenSettings7 to allow for nested folders to work and it was working well for a while and then all of a sudden it stopped working. I installed BetrFoldr and turned on the nested folders option on in that to see if that works but it still doesn't.

Here is a list of the tweaks I currently have installed. Does anyone else have this problem or know what might be causing it?

I just uninstalled FolderCloser and it's still not working. Thanks for the help though.
