Apps Netflix and Subtitles

Is anyone having difficulties with the new 4k Apple Tv and netflix subtitles? I am trying to (re)watch Narcos, and it's ridiculous. The subtitles just switch off for no reason after a certain (and varied) amount of time into the show, and I have to back out and restart to kick them off again. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

Yes, Have the same problem. Gave up hoping for a app update.

Same here. Maybe its fixed with the tvOS 11 update from today, but probably its something that Netflix has to look into.
