My TV won't even connect to Netflix.... Keeps saying "Please re-login to Netflix. If the problem persists please visit the Netflix website. (106:200)"......
You didn't run into this before your current issue did you?
From what I understand, Netflix doesn't publish their streaming resolution. Since "HD" technically begins with 720p, if Netflix tells you a movie/program is HD, then it must be at least 720p. Of course, we all know that they don't stream in 1080p, so it's either 720p (more likely) or 1080i (less likely).
On most TV remotes there is a push button that gives channel information. On mine, it gives additional program info. Try yours. My Netflix on Roku says 720p.
