Morning all,
I just tried to sign up to Netflix's 1-month free trial but kept getting "there's a problem with your card" message. I called Netflix customer support & it seems there's an issue with their ability to verify some (not all) RBS cards & associated (Halifax, IF, etc I guess).
They're working on it, but in the meantime no dice...
The guy on support was very polite but just gave me his reasons why they have an issue - I didn't get the feeling that this issue & their vague error message was going to really pee off UK potential customers ...
