ok, so i have this network card...but NETGEAR doesnt write mac drivers...where can i find one that will make my card work in my Wallstreet?

without wishing to put a dampen on it, i say your chances are about zero.
maybe for an old card, but not the 511.
If you get to installing X, you shouldn't need drivers in any case.

it might be helpful too, BTW, if you just stuck to one thread for this whole project, rather than starting millions on every aspect of it. For one, it will be less confusing for everyone because they'll have the full background on what you're trying to do and you won't have to keep repeating yourself. And you'll likely get better answers.

That is SO untrue. Only some cards work, and some others don't. I know some of the Belkins work as I have one working on my G3 Lombard (under OS X, however)

Definitely upgrade to OS X for any chance.

good info guys thanks

and frank...ive seen some forums get mad for asking several questions that are unrelated in one thread....*shrugs*

what section should i post this in then? =]
