Ok, today i was trying to install Netscape 7 on my Mac OS 9.1 machine, and when i downloaded the files, and opened them...went through the installer, but when it was downloading all the files, it kept on repeating!!! It would download everything, then keep on downloading itself over and over again!!! Please help me Netscape 7 Classic users!!!

Thanks if you do respond!

I have no idea what the problem is, but have you tried Mozilla instead? It's basically Netscape with more features and without the Netscape logo (Netscape is based on it).

gotta use netscape, website testing, sorry, but i use safari regularly, just i have to do testing....

But Mozilla and Netscape are the same thing with the same Gecko code base. Netscape just has some more bloaty features to fit in with AOL :D

In regards to your problem, I don't know what would cause that. Is there a way to download the full binary files and install from the disk instead of over the net (if that is how it works)
