Netscape.net mail problem

If anyone else out there uses netscape.net mail do me a favor and try to change your password. I've been trying to and keep getting this error-

"HTTP Status 400 - Bad RequestYour browser sent a query that this server could not understand. The query could not be decrypted."

I've tried 3 browsers, emptied cache, cleared cookies, but nothing has worked. Of course nutscrape has no type of support.
